Home Inspection in Opelika

We performed a home inspection of a 4/2.5 two story home in Opelika. Defects with siding installation were present and the 7 yr. Old water heater was leaking, with corroded elements. Microbial growth and water damage were noted to the finished surfaces in the surrounding area of the garage. Minor electrical issues, grading and drainage concerns, and a defective dishwasher were also noted. We always recommend having an overflow pan and drain line routed to the exterior even in a garage to avoid expensive repairs to finished surfaces in close proximity
