Sturbridge Plantation Montgomery Brick Home Inspection

This inspection was a lovely home in Sturbridge plantation. Some electrical defects and plumbing defects were present as well as a few safety concerns. The Client elected to have a Sewer scope inspection with termite inspection, Indoor air quality survey, and Infrared inspection of the home. We were able to save the client thousands in repair expenses.
